Overview:

The role will involve delivering an integrated digital strategy and planning with a focus on e-commerce.

We’d need to to see:

  • A demonstrable understanding of digital trends, particularly within UX design and e-commerce optimisation and generating increased customer reach in the digital space.
  • A proven track record managing FMCG clients and building relationships
  • The ability to communicate with client stakeholders at the most senior level
  • The assist in the development of long term strategies for growth

Nice to have:

  • A working knowledge of the Magento e-commerce platform
  • An interest in content marketing
  • Experience working in a team, developing Junior staff
  • Experience creating pitch documents and presenting them to the Client

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent written communication skills
  • The ability to manage and prioritise complex workloads
  • The ability to work effectively within, and coordinate a team
  • Good Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
  • A good understand of SEO and Google Analytics

Responsibilities:

This will be a varied role and you will be involved in every aspect of the client account, from producing digital strategies, briefing the project teams and coordinating projects as they progress through the studio, to compiling reports and insights attending client meetings and actively growing the account.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience at account manager level on FMCG brands

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable & proven experience in managing and reporting on data across mixed platforms such as web, social media and email.

They will be an expert in Google Analytics, and have experience working with various analytic tools such as Moz, Google Search Console, SEM Rush, Alexa etc.

The individual must have a proven ability to gather data and provide real world insights and actions from the data.

Desirable Skills:

  • Working with several E-Com sites
  • Experience working with FMCG brands
  • Experience in analytic tools such as Moz.

 

Essential Skills:

Responsibilities:

You will be working across a number of FMCG Clients producing reports for senior stakeholders. You will work on your own and part of a larger collaborative effort, inspiring and educating your Colleagues and Clients.

Qualifications:

Commercial experience in an analytical role (preferably within Web Performance & Ecom)

2+ years’ experience working with Google Analytics

2+ years’ experience working with Google Search Console

Responsibilities:

This will be a varied role and you will be involved in every aspect of the client account, from briefing the project teams and coordinating project as they progress through the studio, to compiling reports and insights and attending client meetings.

We would like to see:

  • An excellent understanding of digital trends, particularly within UX design and e-commerce optimisation.
  • That you’re able to demonstrate your involvement contributed to account growth.
  • That you’re able to demonstrate involvement in managing blue chip Clients.
  • That you’re able to demonstrate the ability to understand a Client’s needs and relay these to your colleagues inspiring them to produce wonderful creative strategies

Would be good if:

  • You have a marketing (or similar skill) degree
  • You have a passion for all things Digital
  • You can demonstrate you have experience in taking projects from inception to completion
  • You have experience in writing briefs

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in a similar agency environment
  • A marketing (or similar skill) degree (not essential)

Overview:

You’ll work across a variety formats and projects – apps, websites, video, animation, print, brand development, ad campaigns and marketing strategy. You need to be adaptable and able to think strategically in order to create compelling design concepts. You should be fluent in the Adobe Creative suite and related software.

You have the desire to be part of a team, inspiring both your fellow design team members as well as colleagues in other areas of the Studio.

Essential Skills:

  • Fully competent in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role with either a Digital Agency or a Digital In-house role
  • A demonstrable ability for inceptive, exciting design – this should be clear from your current portfolio
  • An ability to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines
  • A team player, with a proven ability to collaborate and inspire team members
  • The ability to understand, translate and deliver briefs to a deadline
  • Creative flair with an eye for details

Responsibilities:

  • Brainstorming and concept creation
  • Translate abstract concepts into simple and elegant solutions
  • Create concept models, user interface sketches, and detailed schematics
  • Help inform strategy and carry that thinking through the concept phase of the project
  • Develop straightforward design approaches to complex design problems
  • Collaborate actively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Work closely with fellow creatives and developers to ensure a cohesive design team

Additional Skills

  • Experience in UX Design
  • Understanding of HTML 5
  • An interest in ground-breaking digital tech
  • Illustration
  • Basic understanding of 3D

Qualifications:

  • BA (Hons) in Graphic Design or equivalent
  • 2-3 years agency experience
